Buying original art can be a great investment. Many art lovers, however, simply consider it a real pleasure to own something that’s entirely unique. A one-off as you will. Original art can often be much more affordable than many people realise. You can easily pick up an original piece of art for less than the cost of some limited edition prints, and unlimited prints as well for that matter . . .
An artist may offer several options for payment and delivery. The transaction of the sale is carried out directly between the buyer and the artist. Acquire Art does not offer a shopping cart or checkout, you simply contact the artist directly and arrange the sale with them. As we do not handle transactions we cannot offer any form of payment protection, but we do offer the following advice. Our advice will help you buy art direct from the artist more safely. If you notice anything suspicious about any of the artists you have dealt with through our website please inform us so we can investigate further.

However, I also draw in graphite and charcoal, when I want to do close observational work. I am often considered a colourist as I am drawn to strong colours, and the palettes beloved of the Bloomsbury Group.
